Returns Policy

If you realize that the product you ordered has a defect (seam-altering fabric) or we have sent the wrong product, then follow the steps below:

  1. Fill out and explain the problem-defect found in the product in the comment area of the relevant returns form included (in the website), within 14 calendar days after receipt (according to the operation rules of our e-shop, which closely follow the Greek and European law). Evidence of timely delivery of the goods to be replaced/ returned is the Post office or courier delivery service receipt / stamp. If you exceed the above mentioned time framework, we reserve the right not to accept the return.
  2. Clarified is that the returned product must be in its original condition. Specifically, the returned product must not be worn after the test nor be ironed, washed or undergo any other cleaning process. Also any labels supplied with the product should remain, just as they were when you received the product.
  3. After consulting with us and since we acknowledge the error or defect, we take full responsibility for the replacement of the product. In this case the return costs (through the shipping company we are working with) and re-delivery of the product is entirely cavered by us.
  4. If there is no similar product available, then we give you a refund for the money you paid or you can buy a different product of your choice.
  5. Refunds are made within 30 days of return and receipt of the products to us. For the refund, you must give us the details of your accounts in which you want us to make the deposit. In this context, the retail receipt is necessary. If an invoice should be issued, the return should be made with a consignment note.

If you realize that the products you have ordered do not meet your standards or if you have not chosen the right size, we are giving you the opportunity to replace it following the steps below:

  1. Complete and explain the reason for replacing the product you ordered and state the new product you wish to order (so as to be kept for you) in the comment area you will find in the relevant returns form (within website), within 14 calendar days after receipt (according to the operation rules of our e-shop, which closely follow the Greek and European Legislation). Evidence of the timely delivery of the goods to be replaced / returned is the Post office or courier delivery service receipt / stamp. If you exceed this time framework, we reserve the right not to accept the replacement.
  2. Clarified is that the product to be replaced must be in its original condition.   3. In case of a replacement, the return and re-delivery cost are undertaken by the customer, who will be responsible for any loss, destruction or deterioration of the returned products until receipt. A simple and smart way to reduce the shipment costs of the new product during the return process is to combine the return with an order of additional items and therefore the re-delivery shipment costs are entirely covered by us.
  4. Following, the returned item will be subject to a quality control process to determine whether the item is in the same condition as delivered.

You may cancel your order up to the point that the delivery of your products has not yet been carry out from our office, without charge. Call 2310-567237 or send us an e-mail at sales@babylonfashion.com and one of our associates will cancel your order.
