Our e-shop works with reliable courier companies, the Greek Post Office (ELTA) and large shipping companies to deliver products safely and within the time-schedule promised.

Mode

The products will be delivered at your facilities by our courier services cooperating with our e-shop. In areas where it is not possible to deliver your order by a courier, shipment will be made by the Post Office and in areas that are inaccessible the receipt will be made by the branch or if you wish to be delivered to your place there will be an extra charge of 4 €. For orders outside Greece, the products will be delivered via the Post Office or through a Shipping Company.

Time

The time required for the shipment of products within Greece is usually between three or four working days after the date of the order, whereas to inaccessible areas is that provided by the Greek Post Office.

The time required for the shipment of products outside Greece is usually between six or seven working days after the date of the order.

Deliveries take place daily, except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, and in any event of force majeure, which could affect the transport and delivery of your order, the delivery date set above will be extended as long as the reason for the delay still remains.

Shipment Cost

Free shipment for all Babylon Fashion within Greece and free shipment for Frenzy Style purchases over 30€.

For purchases under 30€ the shipping cost is 2€.

Cash On Delivery cost is 1,40€.

Transport costs on orders outside Greece are undertaken by the recipient. SHIPPING COST with a weight up to 2 kilos FOR EUROPEAN UNION 17€ and REST OF THE WORLD 28€ an additional kilogram shall be debited in accordance with the transport price list.

The products are accompanied by the respective supporting documents of the purchase order. The customer has the option to choose the type of supporting documents that would be issued (such as a retail receipt or invoice) by filling out the relevant area in the website form. Prices shown in the lists next to each product include VAT (24%).

The client reserves the right to cancel the order before delivery, if the delay exceeds 30 days (except when the written communication with the client sets a higher time delivery) which is set by the European Union for purchases via online stores.
