Why should I choose Babylon Fashion for my children’s clothes?
Our experience alone is enough to convince you. We have been dealing for almost 30 years with the design and trade of children’s clothes. We create clothes with unique style and designs. We dispose of fantasy and we are always informed about fashion trends. In our store, you will definitely find what you want thanks to the large variety of our clothes. From tunic dresses, in many designs and colors and kids set for consisted of hoodie and sweatpants up to clothes for formal dressing throughout the day.

Why should I subscribe to place an order?
Your subscription on Babylon Fashion website enables you to have direct access to your orders’ history and monitor the progress of the most recent (shipment and delivery date) order you have placed.
Are the products’ prices at the e-shop the same as those in retail stores?
Yes, the products’ prices are the same in all our retail stores and the online store. Promotions in times other of discount periods (offers, discounts) do not necessarily match e-shops and retail outlets.
How can I place an order?
The ordering process is very simple and easy! You can navigate through the product categories and filter your selections based on the product category, gender, brand and price. After selecting the product of your choice, you can add it to your basket. You can enter your basket at any time and change the data of your order.
If you are not connected, you will be requested to proceed and move to the next step. By creating your personal account, you can move to your orders’ history.
How products’ shipment is performed?
Our e-shop cooperates with reliable courier companies, the Hellenic Post and large shipping companies, to deliver the products safely and within the time promised.
Products will be shipped in the designated address by a courier company that cooperates with our e-shop. In areas where the shipment of your order is not possible, shipment will be performed via the Hellenic Post. For orders outside Greece, the products will be shipped via the Hellenic Post or a courier company.
The delivery time of products within Greece is usually performed within 3 or 4 working days from the date of order. In inaccessible areas, the provisions of the Hellenic Post shall apply.
Delivery time of products outside Greece is usually performed within 6 or 7 working days from the date of order.
Can I place my order to a different address?
Yes, there is a special field where you can fill-in the shipping address in case it is different than the order address.
I do not have a credit card. Can I place my order in another way?
Of course! In Babylon Fashion we offer you the best service in a way that you can pay. If you do not have or do not want to use your credit card, you can pay the courier upon delivery of your order, otherwise you can pay by wire transfer or PayPal.
How can I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel the order during the online ordering process, you can click on “cancellation” and the ordering process will automatically stop.
If you wish to cancel the order after the final shipment, you can call or send us an email.

Is it possible to send my order as a gift?
Yes! Choose the clothe that you wish and select “Gift box” at the order form. Do not forget to fill-in the address where you want your gift to be sent.
How can I choose the right size?
Your children’s age is crucial for the selection of the right size. Children grow up fast and this is the reason why you should always choose slightly larger clothes. To help you, we have created a size table based on our products.

How can I take care of the clothes I buy?
Always follow the instructions from the clothes’ labels and separate them according to the instructions.
For hand-washing, always ensure that the detergent is well dissolved before immersing the clothe, to avoid unwanted stains. In colored clothes, avoid the first wash being done by hand. If done by hand, soaking is forbidden.
Bleach destroys fabrics of clothes, so bleachers are always preferable to bleach. Always be sure to check the symbols marked on the labels’ instructions.
To keep your clothes gentle, avoid dry drying and excessive sun exposure. If you put them indoors, make sure that there are air drafts. To maintain the form of clothes which are heavy, fold them first, while for deformed clothes, make sure to stretch them after drying out in order to regain their original form.
